At Viira Ethnic House, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund as per the terms below.

This policy complies with standard online payment and refund practices required by Razorpay and applicable Indian e-commerce guidelines.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item does not match the description or size ordered

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

To qualify, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

  • With invoice/receipt available

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Intimate wear or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Used, washed, or altered garments


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@viiraethnichouse.com

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if damaged/defective)

Once approved:

  • We will arrange pickup or ask you to self-ship

  • Items must be shipped within 3 days of approval

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only

If payment was made via:

  • UPI / Card / Net Banking → Refunded to the same source

  • Wallets → Refunded to the same wallet

  • COD → Bank transfer (bank details required)

As per Razorpay processing timelines, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Size exchanges are free (one time only)

  • For product changes, price differences may apply

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item

  • Missing items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You must follow the return process after delivery.

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be deducted unless the issue is our fault

  • Free pickup is provided for defective/wrong items


9. Failed or Disputed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • The amount is automatically reversed within 5–7 business days

  • If not received, contact us with transaction details

For Razorpay payment disputes/chargebacks, we may request additional documentation to resolve the case.
